Computers and Networking
In general some applications should run in the public cloud, some applications in a private cloud at a third party cloud computing provider, and some applications should run on premise with hopefully access to the public and private cloud. This applies to any size of company.
In general email, document storage, web conferencing, video calling, chat or text messaging, intranet and extranet portals, VoIP systems, backup systems should all run in a public cloud. The economics for this are pretty clear. Only compliance with federal regulations may force you to have those applications running on premise. Internet Customer Solutions can help you developing an IT strategy for the above applications. Of course we like to recommend Microsoft 365 for most of the above applications since Microsoft 365 includes those applications on mobile devices.
Some legacy (old) applications will still need to run on premise computers.
However you still need computers, a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and a really good internet connection to communicate with those applications in the cloud and on premise (office). Don't forget that you need to connect also to social media (LinkedIn, twitter, Facebook, Google, etc), and to numerous websites to do your business.
Based on your needs, Internet Customer Solutions can help you buy, implement and maintain all your office computers and networks. We have done this hundreds of times. Our company also takes care of the integration of website contact forms, email ids, VoIP call flow and voice mail messages so that no call, no message and no fax gets lost but ends up with the right people in the right application/system.
